Checkout "Address" step #334

Now addresses and shipping methods fall under the same checkout step "Shipping", which 1) is not technically true, because the address also contains billing, which does not belong to shipping, and 2) it means that two steps are in a single step, which goes against the purpose of showing the customer how many steps are left.

In many checkouts they use the step "Address" (Amazon does it, or did it). I would therefore have 4 steps: Address > Shipping > Payment > Confirmation

@lauraluiz it's fine for me. the pages are separated, but we didn't show separate steps yet right?

@trangng exactly, so now there are 4 steps but we only show 3 in the steps overview.

I can try to do it. If the CSS is not well adapted then I'll need his help. But let's try without it first.
