Please provide release notes for 0.66/0.67 and 0.68 #125

I would like to use GitHubs release over a CHANGES.md. What is your opinion @schleichardt and @lauraluiz

If we change the repo name or organization we loose the information of the release. If we use the CHANGES.md the release notes are preserved forever. For not deprecated tools we might introduce to also fill the GitHub stuff.

Let's just keep both by now, it is not that hard. But right now I let the GitHub releases to be outdated, which is worse than taking 2 minutes to make the release, sorry. I'll fix it now.

I added the release notes for 0.66 and 0.67. @schleichardt there were no update in the CHANGES.md for the version 0.68, I saw you focused in documentation and tests. Should I skip that release?

The only thing I did for 0.68 was solving this: https://github.com/commercetools/sphere-play-sdk/issues/124

Okay, I added this to CHANGES.md and made a release note with it.
