Support viewing list of haddock rendered source files #168

Based on the existence of http://haddock.stackage.org/lts-5.14/mono-traversable-0.10.2/src/Data-Sequences.html , I would expect http://haddock.stackage.org/lts-5.14/mono-traversable-0.10.2/src/ to be a list of src html files. Instead, I get

Seems like that's an artifact of defaulting to index.html.
