ormolu-0.6 requires ghc-9.6 libs #6932

No action is needed at this time. I'm adding the constraint ormolu < 0.6 on Stackage nightly builds until we upgrade to ghc-9.6. Alternatively, we can lift the constraint earlier if new versions of ormolu are released which add support for being compiled on the older versions of these libs.

Cabal-syntax-3.8.1.0 (changelog) is out of bounds for:
