hledger-lib-1.34 (changelog) (Simon Michael simon@joyful.com @simonmichael) is out of bounds for:

Since we always want newest hledger/hledger-lib in the snapshot, disabling the stale packages temporarily.

I revised the Cabal file https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hledger-interest-1.6.6 on Hackage to support hledger-lib 1.34.x.
