See also #7489 for why we have an upper bound on hedgehog. Will place one on hspec-hedgehog until bank-holiday-germany, tomland and validation-selective can work with it. Or, when we can close #7489, will disable testing in these 3 packages and remove the upper bound placed here.

I removed the upper bound for hspec-hedgehog on bank-holiday-germany on hackage (revision). Tests work with 0.2.0.0.
