Bubbles get instantly closed when timeline opened #268

Describe the bug When we open the bubble, the timeline loads and clears notifications, this in turn closes the bubble

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Receive a notification
  2. Open bubble
  3. Wait for bubble to load
  4. Bubble closes

Expected behavior Bubble should stay open
