Get egg dep bootstrap variance estimation excel worksheet. Every year we estimate the variance for the most recent data year, but we also re-estimate those prior to 1991 since those are based on a projection from 1991-current variances. After calculating the CV (sd/mu), I copied in 1978-2018 into sitka.dat file. Note that for LS, the likelihood weight in ctl file = 1/(sd^2), so you can also derive CV from LS weights, sd = 1/ sqrt(1/weight).
[x] Add 2018 data to control and data file
[x] Make necessary changes to folder structure to accommodate multiple years (use same structure as LS)
