Double check all new names in functions #14

@awbarclay, ReadBiomarkqc.GCL, ReadUSatqc.GCL, and ReadGTseqqc.GCL were not properly renamed within the qc function. I'm not sure why this didn't happen automatically but let's check all of the functions and make sure they reference the new function names where applicable. I propose doing this after everyone finalizes their documentation, since we'll be going through each function manually to review.
