S259QC script error #63

Tela and I were running through the S259QC script and it errored at line 483 today, on Wednesday it errored at line 584. Not sure what's going on but here's a screenshot of the error from today:

Weird, I haven't been able to replicate your issue on this QC, but I think I've found a different bug with dupcheck_qc_conflicts, I do not think that project and QC fish that were removed due to remove_ind_miss_loci were properly being screened out.
