NOAA just sent in tags #29

Mike Vaughn in Sitka received 11 of our 2018 sablefish tags on 3/27 in the mail from NOAA. 10 of the tags caught during the NSEI fishery period, 1 in June 2018.

Once these are entered into the database, I will rerun the mark-recapture models.

The overall effect was a decrease in the abundance estimate by ~2000 fish and a decrease in the recommended ABC by ~550 lbs.

A couple other things of note:

Trips in the 9000 series are assigned to bio samples that do not have logbooks or samples from a tendered trip with mixed fish.
One of the tags recovered in the Federal fishery and returned to NOAA "T-089116" was officially the smallest recovered fish that we have since 2005. It was recaptured on the outside, so I removed it from the analysis that accounts for size differences in the distributions of released and recaptured fish.
