[NGO Admin] [Form builder] Display logic labels are not very clear/intuitive for users #437

Summary: Display logic terminology from the form builder is not so clear and intuitive for users. Suggestions to rename the labels below:

  1. The display logic toggle to be renamed in "Apply display logic to question"
  2. The label "When answer for question" to be renamed in "Display this question only when answer for previous question"
