chore: update find-node-modules to 2.1.0, fixing security warning #753

Following https://github.com/commitizen/cz-cli/issues/609, it looks like it happened again - there was another issue in findup-sync!

PR fixing the issue on find-node-modules: https://github.com/callumacrae/find-node-modules/pull/11

findup-sync@4.0.0 has dropped support for node 8, but looking at your README it doesn't look like that will be an issue.

(also this PR was my first time using commitizen - I liked it! 😆)

Looks like this can be closed since https://github.com/commitizen/cz-cli/pull/808 supersedes it with a newer version.
