Automated sso populate and removed extra log messages in granted exp request aws workflow

Why?

To improve user experience for granted exp request aws workflow

How did you test it?

Ran the granted exp request aws workflow in different instances (SSO Start URL and Region is set/not set). Requested different roles.

Potential risks

Is patch release candidate?
