What changed?

Refactored the code to check for MFA if IAM is stored in secure storage.

Why?

Fix for https://github.com/common-fate/granted/issues/543

How did you test it?

Locally with IAM role that reqired MFA and also testes the use cause where it doesn't

Potential risks

Is patch release candidate?
