granted registry sync removes other configs #587

Slack message:

I'm seeing some odd behavior on v0.20.5 where registry syncing is blowing away configuration outside of the Granted section. The only things left in my .aws/config after a sync are the Granted-generated portions.

Confirmed that this behavior is due to https://github.com/common-fate/granted/pull/569
