Binary list for registered PALS job does not result in path to app #14

Having registered a running PALS job on a Cray Shasta system, the list provided by cti_getAppBinaryList only contains the executable filename and not the absolute path to it, which is provided when CTI is used to launch the job.

Version of CTI on the system was 2.15.8.
