Add explanation of what happens when modifying `basename` #401

As explained in common-workflow-language/common-workflow-language#881, renaming the output file by modifying the basename in the outputEval is completely valid.

On the other hand, it is hard to understand why it happens. This request adds a short explanation what happens when modifying the basename field.
