Should any be mandatory for the email client? Such as: configuring certificates for S/MIME use.
If any should be mandatory, how do we distinguish admin/user (non-mobile) from admin/user (mobile)? Possibly consider an app note that indicates user (or device owner might be a better term) is considered the administrator for mobile devices.
