Given the new suggestions about language, whitelisting/blacklisting should be something like allowlisting/blocklisting.
I'm not sure if these should be 2 words or one (since it isn't commonly used yet, I don't know what the expectations are for the terms).
The only specific term I see in the document is whitelist(ing), but I haven't tried searching through the current draft, only v3.1.
