Column width for SFR Rationale table

The column widths for the TOE Security Functional Requirements Rationale table (in section 5.1.10 for this particular PP) are built in to the template and something that is directly controllable by the author. It is strongly recommended that the relative width of the third column be increased because this column has by far the greatest amount of text in it (since each mapped SFR needs its own rationale).

I would recommend the second and third columns to be the same width (and leave the first column as it is).
