The app note for FMT_SMF_EXT.1 has a number of tags that tie the relevant portion of the app note back to the corresponding functions in Table 6. However, rather than just referencing 'n' the reference shows up as 'Table n.'
This creates a situation where the note says something like "Function Table 33 should be included..." which is obviously inaccurate because it's obviously intending to reference Function 33 of Table 6.
There does not appear to be anything in input.xml that is causing this so it appears to be something that has to be addressed on the back-end.
