Section A.3.1 (Implementation-based SFRs) currently has introductory text automatically populated into its introduction that starts off as follows:

It is recommended to remove this as the text is not tailored to specific implementations. The PP author has the ability to enter their own text into the introduction and should retain the ability to do so in order to make sure the triggers for implementation-dependent SFRs are unambiguous.
