A thought while going through the table is that a few of the rows (4, 5, 25, 39 and 41 in particular) are "enable/disable [something]" with no real description except in the selection/assignment.
I think that there should probably be something like "enable/disable the following radios [assignment: list of all radios]" for row 4 instead. This wouldn't be too difficult to add and would make it a little easier to read what you are doing.
This does not need to be a 3.2, but could be wrapped into a 3.3 or later update.
