Many Android devices support Bluetooth tethering (by choice of the OEM), and it is possible to enable/disable this function, but it isn't included in the tethering options. While there aren't any specific requirements on the connection (it should just follow all the normal Bluetooth requirements for a connection), it seems this should be an option to select.
It is possible this could be part of the BT PP-Module, though the management selections there are more about controlling BT itself, and not so much what you can do with it after, so MDF would seem to be a better fit.
The simple solution to adding would just be to add a third bullet that says:
Bluetooth tethering
and then in the EA just add that if it is used to check that it can be enabled/disabled
The decision made for this issue should be the same as Issue #65. Either both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth tethering should be in MDF FMT_SMF function 41 (along with USB) or each should be in the respective PP-Module.
