The Protection Profile includes text under Evaluation Activities in some SFRs (e.g. FCS_SRV_EXT.1, FCS_SRV_EXT.2, FCS_RBG_EXT.1, FCS_STG_EXT.1, etc) that are not allocated to TSS, Guidance or Tests sections. They are usually related to API documentation that should be part of the ADV class.
Where is this activity expected/supposed to be documented? I know that this is not strictly related to the XML structure provided here, but it looks like any evaluation activity should be allocated to a specific section, e.g. "design". Otherwise, it's not clear where to assess this orphan evaluation activities.
