clarifying statement needed for ALC_TSU_EXT.1 - Timely Security Updates #104

"The evaluator will also verify that, in addition to the OS developer’s process, any third-party processes are also addressed in the description."

There was concern that this applies to software installed later, instead of to the deliverable.
