The tag inside just appears to be a null. Recommend having this be turned into some way to auto-populate the evaluation activity with “There are no test evaluation activities for this [component|element].” where the author has the ability to specify whether component or element should be used (or the last would could just be “requirement” but it would be preferred if the author has the ability to be precise in what term is used for a given aactivity). Suggest similar approach for null-TSS and null-Guidance cases.

This text gets displayed to handle cases where EAs are elsewhere.

I think this needs to be prohibited. You have to say something. There are no TSS evaluation activities for this component/element beyond what is specified in ASE_TSS.1 and ASE_TSS.2. There are no Guidance evaluation activities for this component/element beyond what is specified in AGD_OPE.1. There are no KMD evaluation activities for this component/element. There are no test activities for this component/element.

This is now done for all but Management Functions.
