It is recommended that for Modules, the refinement convention description be updated to say that an SFR modified from a Base-PP will show only those modifications as refinements. In other words, if the Base-PP refines a Part 2 SFR, and that same modification is in the Module’s version of it, that won’t be flagged as a refinement because it was taken from the Base-PP as-is.
