alphabetizing of audit table entries #56

Is it possible to have the audit-events for a given audit table automatically be re-alphabetized prior to creating the table? There is no guarantee that non-mandatory SFRs will be presented in alphabetical order. For example, the sel-based SFRs in the STIP module are grouped by functional behavior and not alphabetical name, which causes the ensuing audit table to be very difficult to read.

Note the same issue also applies to the consistency-rationale table in section 6.x.4

I think I fixed this for the audit tables only.

Confirmed fixed for audit tables. Leaving open for consistency rationale if that is fixable, but that's probably a lower priority since that section exists for CC conformance purposes and the average user won't need to engage with it.
