5.1.9 FTP_UIF_EXT.2.1 app note #33

It's unclear how a "border around a VM's screen display" identifies the VM to users; it seems that this would be more relevant to the previous FTP_UIF_EXT.1 requirement. Recommend something like "VM identity in the window title bar".

Unclear example in the application note.
