Add, "See the Functional Package for Transport Layer Security (TLS) PP-Module if claimed for methods to configure the TLS cryptographic functionality" to the Notes cell for Management Function 11, Ability to configure the cryptographic functionality

The TLS PP-Module has Evaluation Activities for checking how to configure the TLS cryptographic functionality (cipher suites, protocol versions, etc.)
