FCS_COP.1.1(3): The second bullet, starting with [FIPS PUB 186-4,…Section 5] should be italicized.

FPT_HAS_EXT.1.1 and 1.2: Assignments should be italicized.

Fixed FCS_COP. Con't find a problem with FPT_HAS_EXT. Maybe it changed.
