In email client this was moved to "Optional" do we want to do the same in Web Browser, or leave as Objective?

FDP_PST_EXT.1.1 changed from objective to optional. There is also an optional Management Function (FMT_MOF_EXT.1.1) to enable/disable storage of sensitive information (e.g., auto-fill, auto-complete) in persistent storage.
