Geoplatform.gov is unavailable. Review it's accessibility #2

Describe the bug Geoplatform.gov doesn't provide Geonetwork API anymore at geonetwork.geoplatform.gov or it's temporary. Instead it provides custom API.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Search "Geoplatform.gov" with Geonetwork filter
  2. Review search resullt and find no record from geoplatform.gov or geonetwork.geoplatform.gov

Expected behavior All datasets from Geoplatform.gov should be indexed
