I think this is an MSCD Third Edition citation, but the Fourth Edition is out now. Should probably clarify which edition is being cited.

Yes. I am in process of distilling the fourth edition, but it's slow going. Maybe you could send a PR with s/MSCD/MSCD 3e/g?
