Limited connection enabled mode not working #4174

Summary: when I enabled the limited connection mode during the uploading of media (image,video) uploading of media (image ,video) not paused

See in the Screenshot Steps to reproduce:

  1. Uploading any media(image,video)
  2. enabled limited connection mode
  3. current uploading media are not paused

How can we reproduce the issue? What did you expect the app to do, and what did you see instead? when limited connection mode is on uploading of media (image ,video) Device and Android version: Device :Redmi y3
