Display description for categories too #4527

In the same spirit as #3604, it would be very helpful to display a category's description.

For instance, the row for Category:Rabbits would show species of small mammals (Leporidae), the Wikidata description of the "rabbit" Wikidata item, which is already found here:

An added benefit: it would make depiction search and category search more coherent.

@Ayan-10 Very related indeed! Feel free to do them in a single PR if you find it easier, or leave a placeholder for description in the thumbnail PR. :-)
