Wiki Loves Monuments 2023 #5270

Description

Last year we had to do a last minute fix for WLM 2022: https://github.com/commons-app/apps-android-commons/issues/5043

Is the current implementation (of using {{Wiki Loves Monuments <year>|1= <country>}}) good enough for 2023? Is the current list of the participating countries (hardcoded in the code, I believe) good enough?

(Moreover, do we know if the last year's fix worked actually?)

I haven't cross checked individually yet, but I see some countries have different dates than 1-30 September in https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2023/Participating_countries

Sorry about getting back late on this. It seems the WLM has ended for 2023 in all countries, IIUC.

Let us use this issue to check if there's something to be done for WLM 2024. Are we too early now ?

Just for the note, I adjusted the dates for WLM 2024 in this commit: https://github.com/commons-app/campaigns/commit/280e852c6f9bf9e5fcc2eb7c3d8afa3e4cde3ae6

Let me know in case there's anything else to be done or if doesn't seem to be working as intended 🙂
