"fire station tok" does not find "Fire stations in Tokyo" #92

Another one: "hocolate" does not find "chocolate"

I tried reproducing it on the latest branch and I got the category Fire stations in Tokyo when I typed exactly the same word. It didn't appear for these strings:

  1. fire station in tokyo
  2. Fire stations in tokyo
  3. Fire station in Tokyo (removed "s" from stations)

I saw many issues that are related to fetching categories. Is it a good idea to add the task Fixing categorization to my GSoC proposal?

@rohit9625: Such error are not really a good fit for GSoC because it is often the upstream API's fault.
