I assume https://urbanecmbot.toolforge.org/LICENSE.txt apply to this sub-project. A more explicit license will make it easier to work with forks like https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/toolforge-repos/commons-android-app .

@urbanecm In that case, I might suggest Apache 2.0, just like https://github.com/commons-app/apps-android-commons/blob/main/COPYING .

If @maskaravivek approves, I think we can go ahead, either with GPL or the Apache 2.0 license.
