The draft for the voting period is done but we did not publish it. Feels more like a post on a forum than a medium piece. Maybe we can rework it. Keeping this in the product backlog.

It's pretty done if we ever want to use it! It feels to me more like a forum post than a medium article though. We will probably want to publish this somewhere before we use QRCV again though. Should be part of Phase 2, for the finalist of the MVV. So maybe around September. CC'ing @iviangita
