A great start! This is a process that I expect to get better and better over time. Near future iterations to be planned for timeline accuracy and incorporating estimations.

Working session objectives : -Get to know you. -Confirm/learn what is the mission? What does success look like. -Confirm/learn deliverables, strategy and executables. -Organize issues related to this project into Epics. -Roll epics up into a Project roadmap that feeds into the Program roadmap. -Help me better understand all the moving pieces of your projects!
