@tamarandom I took some time to think about this and although you and I could keep taking on HR tasks as they come up - including hiring, reviews & contributor management, I think it is more efficient and better to put these on hold and take the time to hire an HR/Contributor Manager that focuses specifically on the Commons Stack that can hit the ground running - we badly need this role/resource for CS - I thought Hannah was stepping into this role, otherwise I would have hired someone already. We need someone who has this expertise to lead the process and collect all of the input - however we decide to do it. I am happy to support building that process when we hire that role - until then marking as blocked. Happy to discuss in our call on Organizational Development tomorrow morning. Thank you 🙏
