Core team optimization

1) First, there is a big space between the big black block 'above the fold' and the title 'core team'. Could that title be moved up slightly in the desktop version? See screenshot. If not possible, no worries.

2) Order of the core team

• replace sponnet by jeff
• replace kriss by sponnet
• replace kay by loie
• replace loie by kris
• replace jeff by kay

So order is

• Griff Michael Bernd Jeff
• Abbey Max Sponnet Loie
• Kris Kay
