it should change to:

Your Ethereum Wallet Address Enter the Ethereum wallet address that you will use to send from:

• This address has to be controlled by you and cannot be an address related to any cryptocurrency exchange.
• We strongly recommend you use an address from a hardware wallet such as a Ledger Nano S.
• This is the address what will be added to the Token Engineering Commons Whitelist and for any Commons that chooses to use this whitelist in the future, you will need to have access to this address to participate.

Answer from Mt. Pelerin: "the url I gave you is shared by multiple customers so it cannot contain references to Token Engineering commons. I suggest we create a custom url for you that would contain this specific text. This will just imply a url change on your side."
