A few ideas:

Difficulty: "easy", "medium", "hard"
Language: "python", "javascript", "go"
Type: "bug", "enhancement"
Status: "needs discussion", "help wanted", "in progress", "needs review"
Importance: "critical"

Done. Interesting to see that we are lacking "easy" issues in the backend at the moment. We should try to make sure there are some "easy"+"help wanted" available at any time!
