2 years ago Someone at Luminoso probably has to restart a database connection or something. The problem is I don't know anybody there anymore.

Thank you for releasing an amazing resource! I was trying to use the web API and met with 500 internal server error. What would be the best course of action to fix this? Thanks!
The exact error:
Server error InternalServerError: 500 Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application.
