I went to http://drupal.org/project/bootstrap in order to see what it says. I downloaded the theme and untar'ed it. I saw a lot of files there that aren't here, included in those missing files is the GPL License. I had seen some files missing, theme.info for example, but I didn't have any idea how many.
Here I'm attaching a picture comparing both:
On the left you can see the structure of the theme as you download it. This is _before_ you add any other files.
On the right you can see the structure of the files that are hosted here. This is _after_ duplicating files in order to override default settings and behaviour.
We're trying to work without knowing how this project is built. There is no documentation, code is missing, we have no idea what CCK fields have been created, what other modules are installed, without exported Features or Views.
Fixing issue https://github.com/commonwealth-of-puerto-rico/fortaleza/issues/13, I wrote and tested code locally. I decided to include it in the
