Issue#1 rss fix #9

  1. The incorrect RSS icon is now hidden.
  2. The site wide RSS icon has been created, placed under the social networks and centered. It can't be placed in the same place as the one before since I don't have access to create a block via the Drupal administration form.

Here I'm including an image of how the website is supposed to look when the patch is applied.

As you can see the RSS icon under Subscribe is not shown.

A new one is included, centered, under the social media icons.
